When we saw this show we said, "Yes! That’s perfect. She really gets
it." Julie Eichacker took some time away from selling and went to the
Valentine’s day party at her child’s school. She, of course, took her
camera so she could capture the moment. When she got home, she put
together a show for the class.
Then she gave the link to the teacher to send home with her students… to give to their parents!
This is just a great idea. The teacher, students and parents will enjoy
it and the parents won’t be able to keep themselves from sending it to
friends and family all over.
Julie, kudos to you. View This Very Creative Presentation!

One of the best things about the commercials you create using
RealEstateShows.com is that they feel like video. Our unique process
creates the illustion that you are standing in the room with a video
camera “zooming” in and around the area. But one of the surest ways to
destroy that illusion is have your digital camera imprint a date into
the photo. See below. (click on image to view larger)

This date will move around the image as the camera pans and it will not receive the added benefit of the video illusion.
Digital cameras record the date in the image’s “metadata”, which is saved in the digital file, so this “feature” is
a hold over from traditional photo days. Turn that feature off on your
digital camera when shooting a home and your commercials will feel more
video like. If you are scanning in photos from a traditional 35mm
camera, then crop the date out in your editing software. You’ll
appreciate the difference.

Large estates make for great presentations, even if you’re just using
still photos. However, the pan and zoom movement in Real Estate Shows
create true drama.
Brian Wright chose the first photo in this show to be an arial shot and
the movement makes it feel as if you’re flying into the estate. Combine
great photos with great titles and you have an estate presentation that
is second to none.
