Sarah writes, "I have created a page on each of our websites about
preparing a home for sale and a link to this Real Estate Show is
included. Here’s a link to the page on my website: Click Here"
"I love the versatility of these Shows," she adds. "In the short time
since I’ve started using your site, I’ve built shows for my niece, as a
fund raiser for our local animal shelter, and as a tribute to a friend
recovering from cancer - in addition to advertising our homes for sale.
I love being able to advertise our business in a way that really
connects with people in the community."
Sarah, we couldn’t have said it any better!

All Noble Turner intended to do was make a Show that would send a
positive message of support and hope. When the rains hit Hawaii last
month, they devestated a large portion of Kauai. So he created a Real
Estate Show that he sent to 200 people on his email list. He sent the
show on March 16th.
On March 21st the Show came up on our report of most visited pages for
the week and we sent him an email, letting him know and telling him how
wonderful the Show was. The Show had received 8424 views in 5 days.
"That means that the first 200 people that I emailed it to sent it to
their friends, and on and on," he commented. "8424 visits in one week!
Wow!! Thanks for such an amazing tool!"
That’s 8424 views of his face and name associated with a strong, powerful and positive message. Well done, Noble.

Our shows are better because they provide a real sense of the property and allow clients to project themselves into the space and begin to attach to it emotionally.
To be positively stimulating, motion must flow smoothly.
It must be in harmony with what our minds’ identify as realistic. With traditional virtual tours that spin the space around, viewers are unpleasantly distracted. They must work harder to sort out the reality from the distortion. That detracts from the appeal of the presentation.
RealEstateShows.com creates tours that have smooth movement and no image distortion. Each show gives people the information they need to make sure the house meets their physical requirements and gives them sense of emotional connection.

Scientific research tells us that when two or more senses are stimulated at the same time, there is a multiplier effect.
In other words, pictures plus sound are three times more effective than either one alone. By adding positive background music to a smooth flowing video presentation (involving two senses instead of one) the effect is unconsciously powerful. Music says what words can’t. It moves the viewer from seeing, to wanting more - to be there. The start of an emotional connection has begun. There is a greater desire to see the house and a stronger impulse to like it when they get there.
Motion Is More Evocative than Static Images.
When people live in a house, they don’t just sit there like stones or twirl around in circles. They experience it by moving through it. The sense we provide of moving into and out of a room simulates a real life experience. It’s more appealing.
