Yes, Listing Presentations Too!

We spend a lot of time on this Blog talking about Shows that go beyond
listings, but sometimes a Real Estate Show for a listing really turns
our head. Kathryn Tanner and her Office Manager, Lisa Mastronardi,
teamed to create a Show that fully utilizes the best features of Real
Estate Shows.

"This is a new listing in our office that we wanted to promote before
the weekend," Lisa stated. "So I used our pictures to create a Show
that the home owners would be happy with and that people could view and
get a sense of this house and the property."

She added, "I really enjoyed using the new panning feature. The zooming
in and out is very effective, but the pan allows you to ’switch it up’
and make a Show more interesting. It also helps to show how a room
flows from one end to the other, especially in a long room like an
eat-in kitchen."

"Using Real Estate Shows has been such a positive experience for me and
has helped to promote our listings in a very special way," she
continued. "Clients and brokers have been thrilled with the positive
response the Shows have brought to their listings. I hope to eventually
have these Real Estate Shows attached to all of our listings and look
forward to getting more creative with them in the future."

Attract Out Of Town Buyers

Cynthia Roberson sent us an unsolicited email the other day.

"I just wanted to share with you what I have been doing with
RealEstateShows.com," she started. "I did a tour of our area which I
named, Best of Destin.
I have been sending this to my out-of-town prospects with a flyer and
explaining that I want them to click on More Photos and More Info. I am
in the process of getting ready to do a huge email farm letter to 5,000
email addresses. I have already received great response from this tour.
I have also secured a sale just from someone viewing it in another
state. It not only draws people in but they look at my other listings
as well."

She continued, "I showed the editor of our newspaper what I was doing and they are going to write an article on me and my thinking outside the box."

Average House. Above Average Marketing

Despite all the evidence that proves that good Internet tours will win
you more listings, the overwhelming fact is that lower priced homes
don’t get their share of Internet marketing attention. In a recent
Realtor.com search of homes in the top 50 U.S. markets, we found that
less than 3% of homes priced below $400,000 had virtual tours attached
to them. Less than 5% of ALL homes had tours attached.

That’s
why Barbara Jagolinzer’s Show caught our attention. It is a perfect
example of how to use all of the features of RealEstateShows.com. The
photos are excellent, the titles are extremely well written and the
music sets just the right mood. What really set it apart, however, was
that it was not on a million dollar listing.

"I actually was inspired," Barbara said, "because I read the tips that
your site offered that showed another agent was creative instead of
just writing the same old things, as we tend to do. So, in actuality, I
was inspired by another REALTOR® who decided to think out of the box

end, whether it’s an "average" listing or an estate. That’s a fact.
This is also a fact - Barbara should create Shows in a sleep deprived
state more often!
