I very much appreciate your quick response to my complaint. What this tells me is that I have long ago, (I have shows that number in the low 3,000’s), chosen a company that really “LISTENS” to its customers. That’s a rarity in these days and times.

As you know, I am approved by my state’s real estate licensing commission to teach real estate photography as a course for Mandatory Continueing Education, (MCE). I have always ended my 3 hour course with a 15-20 minute demonstation of Real Estate Shows because I am always envariably asked to comment on “VIrtual Tour” photography and programs. I have used and own several virtual tour software packages and always, always recommend your program as the “go to” program for a multi-media presentation of a real estate listing.

I can, and will, continue to both use and recommend Real Estate Shows, (RES), not only for what RES does to assist me in the selling of my listings, but what your company, and you, do towards listening to your clients, in your desire to make the program even better, than it already is.

In closing, may I give you a brief testimonial for RES. I recently sold a listing of mine to an army officer returning from Iraq. He bought the property, sight unseen while still stationed in Iraq.. By that, I mean he made his decision without walking on to the property. He bought the property based upon the MLS photos, and particularly upon RES.
