I justwant a step by step procedure to create these shows. It seems complicated and I would really like to get started.
Renee,
Step 1: Click on Create A New Show.
Step 2: Upload your photos.
Step 3: Enter your property details.
There is no step 4, unless you want to add some titles, or change the camera movement. Many of our clients never do more than step three in the show creation process. At that point your show is live, you have been sent an email with the linking information, it is fully editable and ready for viewing anywhere you choose.
We hope this helps!
Hi – just signed up this was recommended by fellow realtor. The new video tutorial pauses every few seconds and I cannot figure out how to get it to play through. This sometimes happens on youtube but need a permanent fix if I am going to use this. Please advise asap. Thanks
Hi,
I just signed up for the free intro offer and tried to view the instructional video. Like prior remarks, the show stops often and does not allow someone with no experience the opportunity to learn how to best use your service. It seems his comments were dated june 25th and it is now July 21 and the problem still exists. Please advise. thanks, Joyce
It seems the above comments are duplicate to my comments. The instructional video pause frequently and does not allow the opportunity to understand how to best use the service. Please advise. Thanks, Joyce
I just finished viewing the Creating A New Show: How To Video. I must say that I was disappointed in the showing of it. There were many pauses, some as long as 20 seconds. This mimmicks the same problem as others have experienced, as early as June ‘09. Here it is, mid October, with the same issues. I have to wonder if viewers watching my videos will have the same trouble and frustation that I have endured. I will go on to watch the subsequent videos in hopes that it will be a more enjoyable view. If not, I am apt not to use this format with my staging videos.
Karen,
These how to video are screen captures, and some of them quite large. They do NOT reflect on the technology in our Shows at all. They are not the same. The stopping and starting is 100% a function of bandwidth and internet traffic at the time of viewing. Unfortunately, we have no control over that at all. If you pause the video and let it load more of the tutorial, it will play without skipping. When I am at home with a huge amount of bandwidth, they do not stop at all. Here in the hotel I’m at, the bandwidth is horrid, and it stops frequently, if I don’t allow the tutorial to load fully.
I hope that addresses your concerns.
I had no problems viewing the video. And the whole process seems pretty easy.
Thanks
