Expanding Your People Skills

Many people tend to think of tools like Real Estate Shows as a "tech"
product – and because they are technology averse – dismiss it. They
rightly believe that it is their people skills that are responsible for
their success, but are wrong to dismiss technology’s potential role in
increasing the value of those people skills.

Lynda Long demonstrates how Real Estate Shows allows her to reach out to people in a most human way, conveying and communicating emotion and heart. "I have clients who are moving here from Philadelphia, " Lynda
related. "The wife saw the house once and picked out granites, etc, via
long distance, while her husband and I sat there on cell phones
describing the selections."

"While the closing is not until July 12th, she is due on June 9th and I
wanted her to see the progress on the house prior to her arrival."
Lynda continued, "I felt this would give her a realistic view of the
progress, her long distance decisions, etc. I felt if there were
unrealistic expectations – and there could be – the video would cushion
the blow."

"Thank you for giving me such an easy tool to use," Lynda added. "The
process took about 1/2 hour out of my day, from taking the pictures to
loading the tour. My client loved the tour and she is so excited! Thank
