Great idea to shoot some blanks.

I think it’s a great spot to put important info too, like distance to the ocean, to the nearest airport, nearest large city etc.
In my area, “Only 15 minutes to the beach” can add a lot of value to a home.

“Less is more”, it’s a home staging mantra too.

Jeff – this is a fantastic idea, very dramatic. I almost always use a shot of the exterior as the beginning and ending shot. I think it wraps things up and puts an end to the story I’m trying to tell.
