Everyone makes mistakes and or has road-blocks, it is how you quickly you get back on that horse and ride it again that determines the success you will have in this business. Broker Bryant is a great role model to have in this business. Good luck - and keep the chin-up. Remember how you handle the mistake is more important to the client than the actual mistake.
