Now I have to "assume" I can download the mp4 file from Youtube using something like "video downloadhelper" with Firefox.. but that's only cause I am familiar with that stuff. I finally signed up with RES and before I did, I called and spoke to a lady from customer support. I asked her specifically if I could upload videos to youtube and she said I could; they would also be available as MP4 files.. BUT I had to sign up for the subscription and then the buttons I need to download the MP4 file would "magically" show up. So, after some hesitation, I finally decide to sign up and pay. I can't find the download button for MP4 files anywhere.. So I leave 3 messages and email and no response yet. It's 5 pm here so you folks should be around if you're in California cause I'm in EST and you guys would be PST. Nothing yet. So I google and I NOW I find THIS article saying I need to pay $35 extra bucks! Don't your support staff know enough to say that, or did they conveniently forget? If that is so, I'm pretty much very ticked off and will probably demand a full refund.. Of course it would help if someone would just answer the phone.
