TheRealEstateBloggers have a novel idea – use music to set the tone for a home you’re selling. We’ve been doing this online for four years. They make a good case for doing it outside of the virtual world.
Have you ever walked into a fancy restaurant and not heard music playing? The selection of music has long been used to set a tone for a business and now real estate agents are getting into the act.
We certainly agree. Music says things words can’t. We did extensive research on this during the launch of RealEstateShows.com. The right combination of sight and sound creates a solution that leaves viewers saying, “I want to see that home and meet that Realtor.”
When I’m creating a show of before & after staging pictures to advertise my home staging business, I actually try to pick the music that provides some impact to the “after” shots.
If you spend the time to listen to the music choices, there are some with a little crescendo that will accentuate your message!
Bada boom!!
