One word--inspirational!
I'm sitting at the computer waiting for the kids to get ready so we can pile in the car for...the White Mountains of New Hampshire, swimming in the Basin. Camera is packed, and I'm inspired to make my own Beauty of NH when I get home. Thanks, Thesa!!

Sarah; thanks for the plug - but in reality it is all about what the people want - visual tours are great - but what I found was the product I was using previously to speaking with Jeff Turner gave too much information... Jeff pointed out that the product I was using although a more complex product gave the viewer too much information... it did not leave them wanting more.

Selling real estate is not like selling cars, you do have to see it in person to know if it fits your needs. With a tour that shows each and every room and allows you see feel like you have walked the property you feel like you have been there.

Even if a property is perfect, you may miss a great opportunity if you use a visual tour as your guide. You shut the window thinking you know the property when in reality it is much different than your preception.

Real Estate Shows connects with the buyer in an emotional way. It is short, sweet and leaves the buyer wanting more... it opens the window of opportunity to the buyer and REALTOR® alike.

Real Estate Shows load faster, move quicker and are so simple - I find that Real Estate Shows do bring an emotional side out of a property or an area.

Jeff was so right, and am so thankful he spent the time to explain why he thought I would benefit from the program... as for my little marketing tip...

The results speak for themselves - I used RES and my "other program" for 2 very similar properties... same area and same ammenities priced within $500 of each other - the property I used RES and my little email tip has received double the viewings, been forwarded by email something like 10 times and had 7 showings - the property I used the other program with - well it has about half the viewings has never been forwarded and has had 0 showings....

If that does not prove Jeff right I do not know what does... I am in the process of terminating my old program - and switching all my listings to RES.

Thanks Jeff - you made me a better REALTOR®
