Show Me Your Office

When someone has decided it’s time to sell or buy a house, there’s a lot to think about. One of the first steps will be finding a real estate agent to help them. But what if they don’t know who to choose?

They will likely start checking around online. You probably do your best to have an easy to find website and blog.

But have you ever thought about giving a tour of your office? People are more comfortable with things that are familiar to them. Help someone become familiar with you and your office, and you just may gain a client.

In the hopes that it will help my future clients feel more comfortable, I’ve made a Real Estate Show to give a tour of my office. My brokerage shares office space with a group of lawyers, which can be a little confusing at first. Maybe this Show will help them feel at home a little earlier.

I started with the building, so they’ll know when they’re here. There’s my partner and myself, because of course I want people to feel comfortable with us, too.

Then we walk in to the waiting room. Pretty, isn’t it? I’ll introduce them to Karen, our secretary, so they’ll know a friendly face when they come in. They’ll also meet my broker and manager, so they’re familiar with the whole team.

Your office Show can help potential clients begin to feel comfortable with you right from their own computer. Hopefully after viewing your Show, potential clients will feel they know you well enough to call!

Here is another example of an office tour: RE/MAX Advantage – Yardley, PA
