Daniel Rothamel, The Real Estate Zebra, has written a very interesting post - Facebook Groups Offer Insight Into REALTOR Psychology.
I am interested in what the groups stats have to say about the current state of the psyche of REALTORS. The interest in the group for prospective buyers is almost 10x greater than the interest in the group for potential sellers.
I think the sample is too small to draw any real conclusions, but the question he’s asking has been expressed in several different ways in several different private conversations I’ve had over the past few weeks. Where is your focus right now? Buyers or Sellers?

My main focus has to be on the sellers that I am already representing, but I think that with homes staying on the market longer, we are all looking for qualified buyers to start moving some of the inventory that has built up in the last year.
