Everyone has friends that have not had the time to visit, or saw the new home when it was full of boxes. Once the buyers put their own stamp on the home, they love to be able to show it off. We do a lot of renovation work with our buyers, and with investment homes. Friends just love the " before and after shows" highlighting impactful changes! I only ever had one agent who wasn't sure about photos. I told him that was fine, no problem. Then he asked if I was taking pictures of the other houses. I said yes and he asked if he could check with his clients and let me know. I was allowed to take pictures there, too. No one wanted to be the one that was easy to forget! Evelyn, I've told you before but I don't mind repeating myself - you are BRILLIANT! :) I added your idea to our Facebook page, do you mind if I blog about it here as well? She loved it. Not having email yet, I sent her 30 labels with the link to the show so she could put on her Christmas cards. She's thrilled.
