Zillow, Geebo And Hotpads Added To Distribution Options
New distribution channels have been added for your RES Flyers.
Today we launched distribution links to Zillow.com, Geebo.com and Hotpads.com, to add to the already available syndication channels at RealEstateShows.com. You may update any existing listing to these new channels by logging into your account, clicking on Manage & Edit Existing Shows and then clicking on the publish link for any property you’d like to distribute to these new channels.
Remember that none of the sites can use your distribution if you have not included the address for the property. We have been seeing a larger than expected number of attempts to create distribution without property addresses. This will result in a rejection by the distribution partners, since the address fields are part of their search criteria. So, be sure to include the correct address in your property description.

That is great you have added more sites. I will change my settings tomorrow
I am curious about Zillow. Many have added Zillow as a distribution partner like P2A and Vflyer. What happens if I syndicate the same property from several different sources?
Will all three sources show up? I am just curious because P2A isn’t exactly my favorite site and I will uncheck it.
I also would like to know how long it takes for Zillow to pick up the syndication? I posted several from several sites earlier today and none of the homes are showing yet.
PS: Y’all rock, thanks for such a great product!!
Hugs from Las Vegas
Renee, we have been told it is a first come, first served syndication… meaning, the first syndication stream takes the slot and those that come after are simply not posted. So, if you uncheck from one, then check from another, the old will leave and the new should show up. That is the way it is supposed to work. As for time, it can take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours, depending on the time of the syndication.
Thanks… you rock too!
Thanks for the response Jeff! I will go remove the old and only syndicate RES :)))
